Can Chariots perform a Sweeping Advance? -And do they Consolidate after a Close Combat?

No I don't think so.

Page 76 says that Chariots and Walkers can charge, but also says that vehicles cannot consolidate or make a sweeping advance.

The rules for walkers great an exception to this (Page 84) but no such exception is granted to a chariot.
