2500pts nurgle WoC

Ive recently come back to warhammer Fantasy after quitting right before 8th came out. WoC were always my favorite fantasy army so naturally they are my army of choice as my returning army. Ive written up a list that im not sure is good or not since no WoC list ive seen even remotely resembles the armies of last edition. This is pretty close to what I ran in 7th and I did pretty good with it. Everything that can be marked has the mark of nurgle. The list is currently 2431. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Do the Dragon Ogres do much for you? Those points could be spent bulking out those Warrior units. 16-17 Chaos Warriors is going to get murdered in close combat even with a character escort, especially without the shield bonus and parry save.

The Mark of Nurgle is GREAT, apply liberally throughout the army.

I would go either Halberd OR Shield, not both. Save your points.

The Chimera is amazing. I usually take two.

Can't speak to Festus as I've never used him.
