How do?
Very quick one....
Shortly after Battle Missions came out, a cool mission went up on the GW Website. Designed for a densely terrained table, and smaller armies, it was a fairly standard mission but with switched up turn sequence.... You swapped shooting phase with your opponent.
Anyone play this one? I never got round to it sadly!

Sounds interesting, unfortunately I have never been able to play many of the expansions or extra mission formats. I really wanted to give the spearhead expansion from the white dwarf a go when it came out but was in a bit of a gaming drought when it was published.

I vaguely remember. It kinda got superceded into FW Zone Mortalis game.
Spearhead was alright. Bit wierd. It did test the long ways table deployment that we see in 6th ed though

Anyone have it downloaded, or know if its still on the website?
Seemed to present lots of tactical nuances to even experienced players.
I think I have it somewhere, I'll look tomorrow. Meanwhile here's a battle report, of a not very interesting battle, of the Dividing Line scenario. (http://40kaddict.blogspot.co.uk/2013/02/1500pt-battle-report-nids-vs-necrons-in.html) However, reading it may allow you to learn from our mistake and adjust the mission parameters so the scenario doesn't suck, much like 40k in 40 minutes sucks for Tyranids because of Synapse, Instinctive Behaviour and the fact you can't use more than 2 Wound characters [because it was created in 5th Edition when Warriors were only 2 wounds] sorry I digress.

There was a Web Exclusive mission published around December 2009, called Close Quarters Action. Filename was m750433a_Close_Quarters_Action.pdf

Quick Google revealed m750433a_Close_Quarters_Action.pdf is still available on GW site.
