Heresy Death Guard Praetor

It was time to finally get a good Praetor to lead my Heresy forces.

I need him to look "Death Guard-y" so bald and a respirator.

I wanted a Terran, veteran of the Unification Wars - so I could use the single headed eagle up top to represent his Iron Halo.

Then lots of cabling, studs, and a rough unruly appearance to his terminator armor.

I equip mine with a powerfist, Ironhalo and combi-bolter.

Also plenty of grenade-chemical looking things hanging off him... an echo of Mortarion's many censors.

Now it's time to start painting. Watch this space...

Not entirely convinced on the chaos faced storm bolter, but otherwise that is a cracking conversion! Very much looking forward to how he looks with some paint on him.

I'm currently painting up a set of 4 tarantulas for them. I'll soon have a photoshoot of them in a full WW1 style defensive setup.

When my boys have left home i hope to devote a room in my house to gaming. The table i want for my 40k is a WW1 trench system table. For me 40/30k is WW1 style warfare. Probably 5 years or so before i get the chance. Look forward to seeing your army bigred.
