Epic heroes

just browsing through the fantasy models i notice something interesting: Heroes

now in 40k you can field some pretty epic heroes Marine Chaptermasters, gazzy and fateweaver more so the CSM heroes abbadon 10,000 years of mindless slaughter. so all of these are awsome but then.....

FANTASY

you can field almost god-like heroes malkeith, bretonian king, Karl franz and galurach all these heroes if they died the balance would shift dramaticly so a skirmish turns into a struggle for survival

What? You mean list good charecters we can't take?

Yeah probably would work better with warhammer 30,000 for primarchs, and perhaps a slight fluff change high lords of terra, Actule chaos Gods ect,ect

In 40k I'd like to see the heroes tuned down slightly, or at least stay at their current power level. I wouldn't want to see characters any more powerful than they already are. Fantasy has had problems with overpowered hero units.

The truly epic heroes should be saved for apocalypse. It makes more sense to see a very powerful character in a large battle like apocalypse, and it's less game-breaking.

Cool I know that some charecters have a limit e.g. dante cant be used in games of under 1.5K :D
should we do it like that?
