I'm trying to sell my high elves. I never really got hang of them. I have other armies that i can play and they seem to work for me. The reason im asking is i don't want to over charge/ put anyone off. I am not selling on here, i would just like to know if I'm charging to much. Here's what i have got:
Army book
Noble on horse
Bsb in foot
2x mages
10x Sword masters
5x reavers
5x Dragon princes
A chariot ( standard not the lion one )
20x phoenix guard
30x spearmen
16x archers
15x lothern sea guard
Bolt thrower

Im asking £150 for it all together. Fair or bit steep?. All built and under coated only 3 or 4 painted but not to the point where it couldn't be changed with out it looking crap. Please feel free to comment anything you like. This is my first time selling so be gentle.

'Everything is worth what its purchaser will pay for it.' Glib remarks aside, pick a price you are happy with and sell at that. If you get no takers them you can always lower your asking price. IMO, somewhere between £100 and £150 seems reasonable for that lot. Unless you are desperate for the cash, I'd consider selling the book and holding off on the rest. HE are rumoured to be getting an update in the next year which would increase demand for your models and hopefully drive up the price. It may also reignite your love for them and leave your regretting selling your models. Just a thought. You'd probably be better off selling the book separately anyway as there will be people who just want either the book or models, so you'll get a better price than bundling it in with the army.

Rule of thumb generally is 50% off if you want to sell it easily.....

What he says above is quite true. You an often get retail for them if they are assembled, painted, and in good condition though. That generally requires pictures.

If your going to stick them on eBay also keep in mind most people are more flush towards the end of the Calender month, as its payday for many.

I have sold lots of armies on eBay and 50% of retail is ok for what you describe.
