Situation:

A 3 Wound Independent Character in Terminator Armor (2+/5+) suffers an unsaved wound from a Necron Weapon with Entropic Strike. Going forward in Close Combat the Independent Character no longer has an Armor save (Entropic Strike).

Question:

Does the Independent Character still have an Invulnerable Save?

Thanks in advance for the responses...

Yes, absolutely. Entropic Strike says that the model "... immediately loses its armour save for the remainder of the battle (effectively altering its armour save to "-")." It does not remove the wargear that the armour save is from. Just as the Independent Character still counts as wearing terminator armor (and so is still Relentless, still can't embark on a Rhino, still can't make Sweeping Advances, etc.), it still benefits from the invulnerable save that terminator armor provides.

Yes. An armour save is not an invulnerable save.
