What I do for pink skin is give it a purple wash. After a bit of pink touchup from the wash, I then do highlights with a 50/50 mix of pink and elf flesh (I dont know what the new name of that paint is :<)

You should highligt the washed parts again with a brighter color to create more depth

Gloss varnish on the skin - anything non flesh stays matt. So don't spray.

Archon brings up a very nice/easy technique here. Base coat your pink, wash it, then repaint over the washed areas focusing on the "raised" parts, you don't even really need to blend anything. The stark transition will make the mini "pop" more while not looking too dirty.

Dig the color scheme!

It looks like it's coming along nicely! I would just echo the recommended added highlights to create some depth, but otherwise it looks very promising!
