Yeah haven't seen any place that actually makes them as a product.
So here is what I've seen.
: 5' and 10' templates used
: plywood cut into a circle or square
: old cd's
: thick plastic
: resin bases (these where home made and broke apart after awhile)
Personnally I prefer the plywood or wooden pieces that can be found at wood product shops or hobby lobby's/ home depo is nice and often you can get them to cut the size you want.

Personally as I lack the facilities to cut my own I'm using MDF Clock Face Blanks, they're supplied by Craft shops, but eBay does them nice and cheap too, and they come in a variety of sizes and thicknesses.

Both walmart and your local craft store will have pre-cut wooden plaques. They come in all shapes and usually have very nicely finished edges. A little texture and a good coat of paint and they make really nice bases.

Ironhalo.net has 150mm round bases that might be right for titans. blanks and some themed ones as well.
