Overwatch and Pink Horrors

Pink Horrors shoot using the psychic power Flickering Fire of Tzeentch.

Would they get to use this as an overwatch reaction or can the not use it as it is a psychic power and not just a shooting attack??

I guess RAW is they can't because I think you can't use Physic shooting as Overwatch.

Th change to horrors is the biggest annoyance of the dex to me. Now their only use, a shooting attack is

a) Dependant on them passing a Ld test (ok normally, bu screwed against Eldar, Nids etc)
b) Can be Deny the Witched. So against some enemies theres a 50% chance you won't even get to shoot, and against all enemies theres a 1/6 chance

Yeah. It is rather stupid. The same thing happened to 1K in CSM. They are primarily a specialized shooting unit (via AP-3) but have been rigged for no Overwatch. :)
