Command Squad with Standard of Devastation, Apothecary, in a Drop Pod.
2 Tactical Squads with Plasma Gun, Multi-melta, and Drop Pods. No upgrades on the sergeants.
10 Deathwing Terminators with Plasma Cannon, Assault Cannon, and 2 Chainfists.
2 Ravenwing Attack Squads with 4 Bikes, 2 Plasma Guns, and a Multi-melta Attack Bike.
5-man Devastator Squad with 3 Plasma Cannons
5-man Devastator Squad with 3 Missile Launchers.
This list is for casual play. 2000 points. My theory is to scout the ravenwing forward and drop Azrael and the command squad, 1 tactical squad, and the DW Terminators on Turn 1. They will land in a way that provides cover to the ravenwing. The RW then opens fire with their bolters (salvo 4 from the standard, twin-linked) as well as the combat squaded DW. My plan is to combat squad my tactical squads too. That gives me 8 scoring units.
For anti- tank, I have 4 multi-meltas (2 on attack bikes). I’m considering giving the tactical sgts combi-meltas. I have a few extra points to play with in this list. I also have 2 chainfists.
I've contemplated reducing the DW terminators down to 5 or six and getting a landraider. Or Possibly instead of a landraider, another tactical squad and a Dark Shroud....
How can I do this better?
