When an GA/DA suffers a weapon destroyed result, and it is allocated to one of the Gauss Flayer arrays, does the whole array go down or just on of the five barrels on each array?

If you look at the entries in the Necron Army List section of the codex, it says that they have two gauss flayer arrays for wargear, so I would say that all five are destroyed at the same time. The fact that all gauss flayers in the array must fire at the same target is another indicator that it is considered one weapon, the only difference being is there are five points to measure from to determine range, LOS, and whether the target gets cover.
