Massively disappointed :/
What did you think it was gonna be to be so disappointed?
I think it sounds great. It's exactly what I thought it would be, except I thought it would be at Warhammer World. If it wasn't so far to Nottingham I'd go.

Looks a bit overpriced...
At least it's not in bloody London :p

The event itself sounds great, but the build up on the websites implied something more than just releasing the details.

If it wasn't the month after Gemucon I'd be considering it.

If it wasn't so far to Nottingham I'd go.
Imagine how we non-Londoners feel every time something is on in London!
To be fair, London to Nottingham isn't really very far... direct train out of St. Pancras about 2 hours, and plenty of time to look ahead for cheap tickets.

Just bought my ticket. Should be a good weekend. I'll be happy to do my 'roving reporter' bit again if BoLSers want to ask questions at the Seminars.
Being just up the road, it should be a nice convenient weekend for me.

One thing I would like to know is when BL foresee the ending of the Horus Heresy series, as much as I am enjoying the series I do feel its being dragged out and milked for all its worth. I for one look forward to reading more post heresy stories, and the forming of chapters from the legions.

I was the BL Weekender in November and someone asked the same ending. We were told that we are roughly half way through and should expect another 25 - 30 books. If you're in it, you're in it for the long haul. :)

I remain, as always, extremely jealous of anyone that is in a position to attend these. So much swag...

How big are your pockets? :)

Gutted. I'm away that weekend and would have loved to attend this. Lets hope I wouldn't have been interested in any of the exclusives or that they don't remain exclusive for long.

I'm in! Though have to buy ticket and room tomorrow.
Squee squee squee! And Big Si is going as well. So those of you who are going will learn why he is called Big Si. And we don't need to bring Little Si or Middle Sized Si to make that point.
SQUEE SQUEE SQUEE!

No he's massive. Biggerer than what I is in every dimension!

This is sort of a dumb question, but would anyone be interested in taking on the burden of perhaps being a BOLS community product portal?
Like, accept money via paypal or whatever to purchase exclusive minis and/or t-shirts in order to spare their poor foreign brethren the burden of eBay wallet rape?
This might not be feasible as they do occasional set limits on the amount one person can purchase. Not to mention the personal hell of shipping the stuff out.

KerpoW!
Ticket now bought. And may even be able to share a room with Big Si, which is especially nice.
I would offer to be a community portal, but 1) It sounds a bit kinky and 2) as you said, the shipping? She is not my strong point. Working in London, and away from post offices makes this extra tricksy.

Anyone else got their ticket through?
Si has received his, and appears to have a duplicate. Unless there is a ticket for each day.
