So I love to hear some good and bad stories/games against TFC. I've laid wast to two whole platoons of IG that were blob together with my TFCs in one turn, first blob 35 wounds and 8 made saves. 2nd blob 21 wounds and 12 save.

I was playing against a guy with 2 TFCs, who were deployed on the 7th floor (awful) of buildings. I found this exceptionally irritating, so each techmarine got a rending bullet (or 3) to the head courtesy of 20 sniper scouts... The TFC is an excellent unit, but Precision shooting can make short work of it.

Once had three of the shots devastate one blob of IG with the fourth scattering WAY off to the side and landing perfectly on a command squad, Instant Death-ing them with the S6 round. Felt good to crush IG.

Only one of my friends plays space marines, and that was way back in 5th.

We played a game and the deployment type was the one where you started with upto 1 HQ & 2 Troops everything else came on in reserve, now being artillery it couldn't move and fire so spent two turns moving into position and then got a krak to the face.
