Seriously, just listen to that and tell me that's not the noise an Imperial Spaceship makes as it moves through the void even though there's no air for the sound to carry through. No lyrics about death and war, no squealing guitars or Autobots Rocking Out, just doomy chords of doom.

This doesn't directly follow the thrust of the question but I felt it was worth a nod. The Ultramarines movie gets a lot of well deserved criticism but one the points it has in its favor I felt was the soundtrack. GW has certainly used clips since to flesh out their promo-videos.

I don't know that I can think of any song that could sum the entirety of 40k up, although War Of The Universe was probably my favorite suggestion.
