Kor'Sarro Khan and his Chapter Tactics

Looking at making an army with the Khan and some Guard allies last night I noticed he doesn't have any restrictions in the FAQ about who benefits from his rule allowing dedicated transports to outflank. Did I miss something or can I now have chimeras outflanking alongside rhinos? Also his giving furious charge and hit and run to the unit he's with also doesn't seem to have a "only codex: Space Marine" note in the FAQ either.

There's no need for it in the FAQ as the rules for allies explains what army specific rules can be transferred.

IIRC correctly, Chapter Tactics replaces combat tactics, and in that instance gives outflank to the Dedicated transports of units that have combat tactics. I don't have my codex handy, (a friend is borrowing it). I had a friend try to outflank his dreadnought because he was running Khan at one point, and i think this came up during that discussion as well. No combat tactics, No Outflank.
