Tournament Organizer apps

Hey, I was interested if anyone knows of a good App for an iPad to do tournament organize. Specifically 40K organizer. If you know one I would love to know what it is.

most of the tournaments I've been in they end up using CCG programs on PCs. Not sure if the same programs are available on iOS.

Most of the Tournies I have been to just use Microsoft Excel, though almost any spreadsheet package should be able to handle the fairly simplistic calculations you need.
