You have an ungodly number of anti tank. Your list doesn't seem that bad, but you might suffer from horde armies of orks, nids, or even other guard armies that just throw bodies at you and win through sheer numbers. I don't know how well the bikes are for corralling infantry but if they are great then you should have a solid list, just be wary of first turn tanks until second turn and the vendetta's come on board. Also I don't like marbo i feel he is a waste of points, but if you know how to play him I give it my blessing.

Suggestions, would be to swap around the meltaguns for some flamers or something to kill off hordes.

Sammael Doesn't Let you take Ravenwing bikes as troops unless Dark Angels are the primary detachment, so your allies are completely illegal. Other than that, it looks like it would be a lot of fun

You could still do the list if you liked the guardsman part, Just need to look at doing it a little different with your DA allies.
