Guardian Jetbikes + Warlock in a Kill point game?

Does Guardian Jetbike -squad with Warlock count as two kill points?

It's a squad upgrade so I don't believe so, only ICs count I think?

In the FAQ it said about Farseer + Warlocks = 2 points. This brought me to the conclusion, that they might be?

The minimum of three warlocks that come with a farseer are a separate unit, hence 2 kill points, one for the warlock unit and one for the farseer as an independent character. The single warlock that is available as an upgrade to some units is not a independent character and can never be split off from the unit. Effectively the warlock is like a monkeigh sergeant, just more awesome.

No, the warlock in a guardian squad is just an upgrade character. Just like Wolf Guard that join a Grey Hunter squad become part of that squad.

This isnt a question.

1 unit = 1 KP.

Warlock is part of that unit and may not leave = warlock and bikes are 1KP.

Warlocks bought as a seer council are a separate unit to the farseer, and are thus worth 1KP in their own right.
