looking through the CSM codex it says that any number of CSM squads can be enhanced does this include berzerkers and noisemarines or just the basic chaos marines

Chaos Space Marines are a unit entry. A unit of Khorne Berzerkers is not a unit of Chaos Space Marines.

If you were to try to say that it just means any number of units, and the Chaos Space Marines referes to the codex, then Bile could upgrade Daemon Princes and Obliterators and any unit in the entire codex.
