At least I now have a chance at equaling his Tour de France wins :)

haven't you already done that?

I know I have...

The trouble is that it is too little too late in my opinion.

If we look at those who have won it and those who have been implicated in drug/doping:

We see that a lot of people were doing, indeed if you then extend it further to look at the competitors you see that the odd ones out were the people not doing it. The difference is he always denied it even when his peers admitted to it. The lie compounded the issue and a cycnic would say that the only reason that he is admitting it now is because there is irrifutable evidence that links him to it.

17 that they're able to prove. Remember how long it took them to catch Armstrong.

After reading the article in the Miami Herald about Jason Taylor, I say let them dope, in all sports, if they choose. In American Football, those maniacs are going to absolutely put their bodies at unhealthy risk anyways. I want to see 250 lb gorillas running 4.4s. I want to see 700 foot Home Run Balls. I want to see 110 MPH fastballs for 8 innings.

Dope em up.

It's called worlds strongest man. Not saying what they have taken is illegal in that particular sport, but you would be banned from Olympic lifting if you took the same gear as those guys.
Zydrunas Savikas maybe an exception because he is just so freakishly strong yet does not look like a bodybuilder in the off season. He is just a barrel of muscle. I wanted to name my son after him, wife said no :(
