It was only carried by the Emperor's Children, and for the most part they removed or defaced it, so I'd imagine not.

Okay thanks. Would the Iron Warriors still have the eagle during the Heresy?

The Imperial eagle was never the symbol for the traitors, so they can't 'keep' it. Only the Emperors Children were allowed to carry the eagle on their armour.

So the Iron Warriors never had the eagle on their armour. (except perhaps on some standards or such)
