BL launches a new series of limited edition Space marine novellas, starting with Mephiston.

It seems great....until you read the price. $60!!!!! 128 Pages!!!!! WTF!?

It's on par with their other limited edition novellas. And as someone who collects fine/limited edition books, that's not too far off market price.

And it does include a copy of an ebook and artwork postcard.

It's still $10 more than all the others :(. I did, however, miss the part where it includes the eBook. That ups the value SLIGHTLY, but not really.

I'm not sure it's an ebook, it calls itself a 'chapbook' whatever one of those is. And I won't be getting it, I couldn't care less about Blood Angels. Once they get around to doing Shadow Captain Shrike, then I'll invest in this series.

Philistine! A book is not just paper, it is work of art! Would you reduce the Sistine Chapel to a mere jpeg or Handel's Messiah to a piece of synth-genereated noise?
