Shining Spears hit and run?

Sorry if this has been answered already but is it possible to have a Farseer with a unit of shining spears and have them hit and run in 6th edition ?

Or does the Blanket Exarch powers rule apply and mean that like before you can only hit and run with Autarchs attached to the squad ?

Well the wording for special rules is something along the lines of ".. a unit containnig at least one model with this special rule can" so any attached character gets that rule.

However, p21 of Codex Eldar states "Note that Exarch Powers can only ever affect Aspect Warriors and Autarchs in the same squad as the Exarch using them".

I would say he gets it, the exarch only gives his squad hit and run but only one model needs it, so while the Farseer wouldn't have the rule he would still benefit from it.
