The new DA Codex will arrive in a couple of days/weeks. So I think there are a lot of people who want to know what you ask (how much the point cost has changed) :)

Never mind the point cost, that's not a legal list. Where's your second squad of Troops?

You'll need to either buy the about-to be outdated Dark Angels' codex, wait for the new Dark Angels' codex, or run your army as Codex (and buy the Space Marine codex). Per the BoLS rules:

1) Do not share, trade, link to, or distribute in any manner here, any copyright material, without the express written consent of the owner (especially GW stuff).

Rules or point costs fall into that category, and GW never gives consent for posting stuff like that.

Yeah, there's not much point in answering the question for like another week or two, the new Dark Angels codex will change the point costs at least a little.

The terminators count as a second squad

But they're Elites, not Troops.

Dark Angel, your army has to consist of 1 HQ and 2 Troops units (minimum) in standard games of 40K. Terminators and Veterans are Elites, Devastators are Heavy Support, Bikes are Fast Attack. Captains, Librarians and Chaplains are all HQ. Tactical Marines are Troops. You could split the marines from DV into 2 5 man troops squads, but in general that practice isn't recommended. The only time I do it is if the unit can't go as high as 10 men (Honour Guards for example) but I usually give those units Razorbacks to increase the amount of shots I'm putting into the enemy.
