Tau Tetra disappeared?

So I was looking on forgeworld for the Tau Tetra rules and I noticed that they are gone. It's still listed in another document but not the full fleshed out rules that you used to be able to download. The only thing I could find was the IQ Taros campaign that had the Tetra with just a regular ML. Not the Heavy 4 ML that I remember being updated. Anyone got a lead on this?

When the hell did that become Heavy 4? That's 'orrible!

6th edition faq something like a week after the edition change-over. They are basically required now if your opponent/TO will allow FW models.

What did they used to be?

They became hvy4 at the beginning of 2012 actually. The pdf was pulled when hull points were introduced and havent been rereleased since. There has been the hull point update which gives them 2 but nothing is clear now.
