Which (BA + SoB) List is Best (of 3)?

I'm doing the Independent Characters 2013 Hobby Progress Challenge, for which I need to decide on a 1850 list and paint it, at least one unit per month, by the end of November. There's the potential for a prize involved, and it will be fun. The question is, which of the following 1850 Blood Angels w/Sisters of Battle allies lists should I focus on?

List One

You've seen this list in previous posts. It's pretty basic, with lots of options to hold objectives, and sisters to provide fire support.

List Two

This one is a little odder. It would be very striking on the table top - all shiny metallic models - but features a lower model count, as well as pouring points into Dante, who is frequently referred to as "over-priced." Still, it lets me do away with the assault marines in favor of a lot of flying terminators.

I really like the first list only I think that the exorcist would probably be a better choice than the dominion squad (although I have no idea points on either). This will give you the opportunity to have some long range options (really important if you get the hammer and anvil deployment). Also how effective are your deathcompany? I haven't had the chance to play against them since 3rd edition (they were scary back then).

As a side note I don't have a lot of experience with Dante/Sanguinary Guard but with so few models I would be concerned with facing a solid gunline and suffering that round of shooting. With your first list you should have the bodies to soak it. With so few models luck starts to play a huge role.
