Apocalypse bunkers: what armor value are they?

I know it's been asked before, but I can't find the answer, so what is the armor value supposed to be for Apocalypse bunkers, as per the strategic asset?

Since Apocalypse doesn't specify, fall back on the standard building rules. Page 92 says that bunkers should have an AV of 14, so there you are.
