The apartment also has a balcony, and is a stone's throw away from a pool. Washer, dryer, dishwasher included. Wireless internet access will also be provided. You'll get all of this for no more than $400 a month. The apartment itself is about 8 minutes' drive southeast of the University of Florida, and is positioned such that any traffic on campus can easily be avoided.
