Zoanathrope conversion

hey all.
as mentioned in my earlier nid post, i have a zoanathrope. but, as i dislike zoanathropes, i want to convert the zoanathrope into a winged hive tyrant. any ideas or images of pre made ones, or how to make instructions???

That's going to be tough, as the Hive Tyrant is like 4x the mass of a Zoanthrope. Here's a side-by-side comparison:

If you were going to try and convert it, you would need to bulk out the body first and foremost, and I think you'd end up going through so many other Tyranid parts and/or Green Stuff that the actual Tyrant kit would end up cheaper in the long run. If you really want to re-purpose the Zoanthrope, you might be able to detach the head and use the head on the Tyrant as an interesting conversion, and possibly do-up the body as a Venomthrope, using a spare Warrior head and a bunch of tentacly bits in the arm sockets.

I'll scrap the idea of the hive tyrant. I looked into the codex and noticed a modle named the parasite of mortex (which has no gw model) so could i make that???

The Parasite seems more doable- there's a good article here (http://www.fromthewarp.blogspot.com/2012/12/tyranid-parasite-of-mortrex-conversion.html) on a conversion done from a Warrior, but I think a Zoanthrope could work as well.
