Looks like Hasting's list, but plotted to months.
Jan: Dark Angels
Feb: Daemons
Mar: Wave month (hobbit, warriors of chaos, 40k)
Apr: Fantasy High Elves
May: Tau
June: Summer wave (40k, supplement book for 40k)
July: Fantasy Lizardmen
Aug: Mystery Box
Sep: Wave month
Oct: ???
Nov: Eldar
Dec: ???

I'd replace that ??? in Dec with Holiday Megaforces/Armies and other holiday bundle stuff. Maybe Hobbit Movie 2 stuff. Also, the Hobbit Wave stuff should be in Feb, not March.
The two waves as far as 40K go are supposedly Orks, with a repacked Battlewagon, Buggies/Trakks, Tankbustas/Flashgitz, and Deff Coptas, and a Flier wave with planes for DE (bomber) Eldar, Tau, and Orks, IIRC.
Mystery Box I'd guess Blood bowl personally.
