Just some quick thoughts, these are just ideas, your lists are solid, these are just some things to consider.
Firstly, do you really want all your Grey hunters in Rhinos? In 6th, all Mech took a hit. You can't assault out of them (at all), and they die quickly. No longer will your opponent be infuriated trying to kill them all, as it only takes 3 hits to take them out. Now that doesn't mean drop all of them, I usually find that having half in rhinos, and half not, is a good mix.
Secondly, in the 750pts, is the Icarus lascannon worth it? How many of your opponents use flyers?
Think carefully about the placement of the Rune Priest. I find that my Missile Long Fangs spend most of the game fragging people, so the Divination power will only affect the lascannons. If you decide to run a foot Grey Hunter squad, then I advise to put him in it. It just seems a bit of wasted points to have him with the long fangs. Also making him a Master of Runes is quite fun, as the divination powers can really turn a good unit into a miniature deathstar. Also, why does he have a Chooser of the Slain?
Finally, the wolf standards. They don't really seem to have a point. They only work in assault, and your units aren't really geared for it (no power weapons). I would rather have some chance at some AP2, so my guys get Mark of Wulfen.
The best way would really be to take it out and see what happens, then experiment.

For the sake of posting your list is very very spammy i might try to miz things up ever slightly with the load-outs on your squads. I find my self thinking i would just throw myself into CC with you and i think that would really damper on your list horribly. I think i would cut one squad of GH and a squad of LF and best to put those points on something else really. I dont play the wolves so i really dont have suggestions on that front maybe some Thunder wolf calvary? maybe some wolves themselves lol?

Yeah have to agree, the list is very spammy, but it's not bad.
Some overall pointers to help
1) All Mech troops might not be the best idea. Foot troops are the in thing right now, but rhinos do have their uses. I usually go for a mix, some in rhinos to seize objectives and some on foot with attached characters and wolf guard. Also you might want to get rid of the Wolf Standards, or add in something which is AP2, even a Mark of the Wulfen will help (as the attacks can rend).
2) Your Rune Priest is fine, I love mine (I run 2 at 1500pts, both master of runes...) But think where you put him. The Divination powers (at least I find) are better for your Grey Hunters then the Long Fangs. I find that most of my missile guys spend their turns firing Frag rather then Krak, so they don't benefit from the main power. Also (if you give him Master of Runes), then he can start using the other powers, which I find can really turn even the most modest unit into a Death Star.
3) Animus is right, your army will get ripped apart in CC, especially by anything with 2+ saves, and even 3+ will prove a problem. Your vehicles can help minimize combat, but really it's probably better to just give your guys some more CC pout. I touched on it above, but some AP2 CC goodness would go a long way to help.
4) Again As Animus has said, I would drop a GH and LF squad, and invest in some other units. Thunder Wolves can scare a lot of opponents, but they are expensive (80pts each with storm shield (which is a must)) and they will be the attention of most of your opponents fire, which can be a boon. Normal Wolves are alright. Use units of 10, and they have multiple purposes. They can keep pace with your vehicles, act as screens for your more important units, they can rip through some units quite well, and they can be great in doing a support charge to help burn overwatch, and all for 80pts. One of the more underrated unit in my opinion. Vindicators are good, or some Wolf Guard, or Wolf Scouts. It really depends on who your facing, what you own, and your play style. I would experiment a bit with the units, and find out what works.
