Chaos Daemons Plague Bearers
Not only did they revamp the look of nurgle more than the Daemonettes and Horrors revamped the look of their gods, the perfectly captured the feel of nurgle and they overall reduced the price of the hobby by making one of the most prevalent choices in the game plastic.

If I could I would nominate the whole wave for doing that last point, but I think PB are the single biggest success out of them all.
