So the general scheme here is to deploy the scouts in the D-Line with the Thunderfires either behind the line or in ruins if I have some. They will pound away at the enemy for the first turn until the rest of my army outflanks and eats whatever vehicles they have. What does everybody think? My one concern is that, with the amount of firepower at this point level, I might get tabled first turn.

I would recommend changing up the weapons more. Get some Lances in there. Get some flamers.
Telion + cammo cloaks totally rocks. Out in the open 5+ cover save. forests 3+ Cover. In building or better 2+ cover.
