Skullcrushers of Khorne assembly

Just started assembling my first Skullcrusher of Khorne and have a quick question. Is the spiked neck collar supposed to be glued or left loose? Reason I'm asking is because it doesn't seem to fit flush against the body. Any advice would be appreciated. Btw... first post.. so hello everyone :D

There is a notch in some of the collars that fits against the lower throat on two of the Juggernaut bodies, the third has the notch on top of the neck (if I recall correctly) and some of the collars fit this one. Look at the inside of the collar to see the indented part. The bottom of the collar will rest as far back on the throat as possible and that is where I put the glue. Hope that helps.
