i hope, i can use the first one, just to try them hellion boys again...which one do you prefer?

Personally, I've never found Hellions useful, and especially not against any sort of Marine. I'd go for the second myself, but then you might find a way to use Hellions that works for you. Experimenting with new units is always fun.
On that topic, ever considering switching out some of the War Walkers for some Dark Reapers? Guaranteed to gun down a nice chunk of any marine squad.

Hellions are excellent with the Baron, but you really want a squad of 15 of them to be effective, anything less just isn't generally enough. His ability to grant them Stealth and re-roll the Dangerous Terrain tests for moving into the cover is what really makes it.
