Where can I find the rules for the Tau Remora? I play Tau, and I'm tired of getting my butt handed to me by flyers. Anyone know if they come with the models?

You may want to review Imperial Armour: Aeronautica. It will also have the Barracuda in it as well, alongside the heavier Apocalypse-only craft.
