Necron Everling vs GK Heroic Sacrifice

Hi guys just wanting to know what the general consensus is on Necrons being able to make an "Everling" roll vs Heroic Sacrifice from a GK Brotherhood Champion?

There is nothing in the FAQ's regarding this specifically, however Everliving does work against JoTWW apparently and Heroic Sacrifice being similar in that models are removed with no saves I thought it was relevant.

Yes, certainly. Ever-Living requires only that the model be "removed as a casualty." Heroic Strike causes an enemy model and Brotherhood Champion both to be "removed as casualties."
