Don't really want to come across like a spammer but I really wanted to post it here as I am proud of what I created and wanted to share it, I know a few of you like this type of music too. It's pretty dark and otherworldly, and themed around HP Lovecraft's Azathoth, to be precise an ancient mechanism that can show the constellations of when it will finally awaken when the stars are right.

Just had a quick listen and i think my ears like what they hear. Will share with my wife when i get home as I have a feeling she will like it too! If some of the stuff at Resistanz in 2013 is as as good as this I will be a happy chappy.

That sounds quite interesting.
Who are your influences? It's like a blending of a few bands, into one album O_O

Had to actually give that some real thought, but I guess when it comes down it these are what I thin influenced me consciously or sub-consciously -
industrial influences - Allied Vision, yelworC, Front Line Assembly, Xentrifuge, Numb
metal influences - Will haven, Earthtone9, Meshuggah
Psytrance influences - kindzadza, Highko, Cosmo

I was expecting gothminster, deathstars and combi-christ lol but then again it's not something I'm that familiar with, you have however given me a new list of bands to look up, think meshuggah is the only one I've seen off there...

love Combi-Christ (did anyone see them in Notts earlier this year when they were supported by Surgyn?). Deathstars have gone downhill recently in my eyes and were a poor support for Rammstein :(

I've only seen them when they supported Rammstein a few years ago. Seen the Deathstars both supporting Rammstein and on their own tour, and thought they'd improved when they were support, but regarding choice of support I think most middle to smaller acts are going to be a pale comparison compared to Rammstein's stage show...

I can imagine it would be. Children of Bodom were good when they supported Slipknot. And Alestorm were good supporting Sabaton...

Is that a cover? Didn't realise, still don't like it though...

yeah the original is by Depeche Mode (Possibly the best band ever!) but Rammstein's cover is acceptable!

Could never get into Combichrist and that stuff myself, I'm more old-school myself. Grew up with Skinny puppy, Front 242, Front Line Assembly and Nitzer Ebb...yeah, I know - just call me Grandpa Rivethead :P
