I would suggest that two priests with jps would be overkill, since usually one priest + fnp bubble will suffice, though it depends how you play.

Personally, I dislike the infernus pistol as the melta range I find to be too small, I'd rather run plasma pistols, but that is a matter of taste.

The big question is how you play, who you intend to play.

I do like the idea of the sternguard/tycho melta combo blob, seems nice and thematic :)

if im honest i havent yet played it as it is. it will be up against Grey knights tonight so i may go plasma instead of the melta

I do love outflanking baal preds, infact, I do love all BA fast vehicles.

I tend to play in very different styles, though I've never used sternguard. I imagine, drop podding them in first turn behind some tanks would be fun :D
