What color is tesla?

I use varying different shades of green for 'gauss' weapons, but what color is 'tesla' for necrons? I'm thinking of lych purple, or perhaps just painting each part a different color so I can tell my opponents to 'taste the rainbow madafacku"!

Other color ideas include sunburst yellow, regal blue and blood red. What do you use? What do you think?

I'd assume white-blue, sci-fi lightning guns tend to have that look.

Well there your models so paint them any colour you like:), personally id go with the colour that stands out the most against your scheme.

Lightning takes on a range of colors, depending on conditions in the clouds and in the air.

Blue lightning within a cloud indicates the presence of hail.

Red lightning within a cloud indicates the presence of rain.

Yellow or orange lightning occurs when there is a large concentration of dust in the air.

White lightning is a sign of low humidity (amount of moisture in the air). White is the color of lightning that most often ignites forest fires.

The question uses the word "is" in it for present tense, so I would go with gray, provided that his remains are still around somewhere.

Whatever colour you want - there are examples in the Necron codex of the weapons being all sorts of colours.

I keep mine grey for the weapon casing with a green glow to match the gauss, etc. weapons in my army so that it's uniform. Plus the idea of them shooting green lightning is pretty awesome.
