witch world eaters list is better

So these are the 2 2500 pt lists i am torn between so i come here looking for input as to witch list you guys think is better. About the only think i will not change is the Beserkers as in they are not coming out of the list their there for fluff and because i think they are awesome. Every thing else is up for grabs/improvement so guys have at it.

There is no WITCH in a World Eaters' army!!!

Kidding aside, i'd prefer the second list. I still love the protection transports give and as there are other, more threatening targets in your army, some may even survive. Also you don't have to rely on good deepstriking rolls to pop tanks with your fast bikes. You have the flexibility to either deepstrike the terminators if needed OR deliver them via LR.
I also love the dual Jugger-Lord setup. I mean you HAVE to buy three of the new Skullcrushers, so why not make the best of it.
Just to be a tiny bit fluffier i would recommend loosing the (tzeentchian) Warp fire on the Vindicator and go for the blades (or whatever they are called), so when you loose the main weapon you can still tank shock some stuff to death.
And the oblits need a mark.
