About two weeks ago, i managed to place 4th at the Dutch 40k GT, playing the following list:

Coteaz @ 100
3 warrior acolytes, 3 bolters, razorback. /w psybolts @ 65
3 warrior acolytes, 3 bolters, razorback. /w psybolts @ 65
3 warrior acolytes, 3 bolters, razorback. /w psybolts @ 65
3 warrior acolytes, 3 bolters, razorback. /w psybolts @ 65
3 warrior acolytes, 2 bolters, razorback. /w psybolts @ 64

10 interceptors, 2x psycannon, psybolt ammo, daemonhammer @ 310
10 interceptors, 2x psycannon, psybolt ammo, daemonhammer @ 310
6 interceptors, psycannon, psybolt ammo @ 186

1 dreadknight, teleporter, greatsword, heavy incinerator @ 260
1 dreadknight, teleporter, greatsword, heavy incinerator @ 260
= 1750

I paired against:
Necrons (20-0 win)
Salamanders (10-10)
Imperial Guard & Sisters of Battle (20-0 win)
Imperial Guard (20-0 win)
Necrons (4-16 loss)

It might not be a surprise the last necron player fielded 4 night scythes (had a comp-limit of 4 on flyers), which i wasn't able to take out quick enough.

Now it seems the tournament scene in Netherlands is finally moving to 1850 points,so time to rework the list. From my experience, the dreadknigths became really good, but they don't solve my problems, neither did they win me any games...

So, stripping the list back to basics:
-2 dreadknights @ 520
-1 interceptor @ 26
-1 psybolt ammo on 5-man interceptor unit @ 20
-1 unit warrior acolytes @ 64
+ 100 free points

Gives me 730 points to work with.

Easiest way to help me solve my largest problem (necrons with flyers) is adding necron allies.

Option A
Necron Overlord, warscythe, command barge @ 180
2x Harbinger of the Storm kryptek @ 50
5x warriors, night scythe @ 165
5x warriors, night scythe @ 165
Annihilation barge @ 90
= 650
The two stormteks add some nice utility against other flyers. The 2 barges add some nice AV13 on the table and some more guns. Night scythes are obvious. I can also add in either the 5th warrior unit or some more interceptors with the remaining 80 points

Option B
Vargard Obyron @ 160
5 necron warriors, night scythe @ 165
5 necron warriors, night scythe @ 165
6 necron wraiths, 2x whip coils @ 230
= 720
Again, the two flyers bring me what i really had problems with on the last tournament. Obyron and 6 wraiths come in nicely with the mobility of the army (ghostwalk mantle). Unfortunately it makes me lose the krypteks.

Really looking forward to your ideas.

if you are looking for purely anit-air why not go for the IG and their wonderful vendetta? Unless you already own said necrons in which case i would go with option A. the ability to block with a couple of AV 13 vehicles would be very nice for the razorbacks.

Well, i plan un using necrons for 2 reasons:
a. I can add a potential of 4 planes to my army (3 night scythes, 1 doom scythes) instead of 1-3 squadroned.
b. They don't have to go hovering to unloed the (scoring) models)
c. Vendetta's are rear10. Against armies without dedicated AA, 11 all around is way better then 12-12-10.
