So i can't pick how to finish my DKOK guard list....anyone got suggestions on what would be good i was thinking two medusa siege guns but maybe 1 and a pair of russes would be better? *cough* Anyhow who here is a hardcore guard player?

I'm not hardcore, but unless you face a lot of lances, the Russes can be trouble to deal with from the front armor.

True im still stuck if i should use the DKOK PDF or the Guard rulebook though........i mean its the samething except dkok cost more point wise and are ws4 guardsmens.

I use hades breaching drills with engineers for my Death Korps army probably the most anoying thing you can do to your opponent and as a troop choice with a low points cost for what they do I never use my Krieg without them.

what is your list so far? I find it fun and effective to field some russes and a heavy weapon platoon with 12 las-cannons. that ruins everyone's day, but since the heavy weapon platoon is just infantry they are fragile so you always have to deploy them in cover.

Depends on what kind of theme you're going for really. The mobile firepower of Russes supported by your infantry is one option (particularly any kind of mech option), or if you're going standard footslogging Krieg, then mobile or stationary medusas along with your HWs and light artillery (Quads and mortars)

In all honesty i was thinking of switching over to the normal guard army list and using this...
