Well I have Imotekh The Stormlord as my HQ and he has the ability to make it night fighting and very dangerous but this raised a puzzle for me.
How are necrons effected by this? Because as we all know they glow, also can they see in the dark or not? I don't think they can but hey who knows.

Also dose any one know where the Entropic touch rules are?

Yeah... that power's an odd one. My marines once won a game because my opponent activated Old Stormy's night fight power and didn't know when to let it go, giving me a chance to get into a position that his superior long-range shooting could not chase me out of. Honestly, it's best used if you need to arrange a tactical redeployment, or in order to slow your opponent down while your Reserves arrive. Otherwise, it can easily be a self-defeating strategy.

TL;DR Version: Necrons have no natural immunity to the Night Fighting rules.

I have no idea. It's hidden somewhere in the ***-end of your codex.

Ok thanks for the help with all of it, and it dose seem a little stupid for any thing but a rapid assault army which the necrons are not

I'd recommend starting a thread over in Tactics about that topic. I don't get it, either, but I'm a Marines/Tau player, and we don't have anything like your filthy Necron tricks.

Next to reanimation protocols, I believe. Before the bestiary but after the fluff.
