Your dudes almost all need some serious greenstuffing. I see lots of cracks where you had to cut parts away and forcibly reshape the plastic.
The pictures aren't great, but I think you still have some chaos iconography/unusual spikiness to deal with.
All in all, an interesting and ambitious project, but it's too soon to tell where you're going with it. Good luck!
im leaving some chaos-esque stuff... i dont happen to have any, or have ever used greenstuff... i have to find out where i can get some green stuff locally

Most game stores carry it. It's easy to use - just check out some tutorials. It's basically sticky clay that hardens into plastic.
Honestly? Just go for it. Get some greenstuff and some metal tools and just go to town. You'll pick it up as you go along. Also, get some unscented Vaseline. Greenstuff sticks to everything, but it doesn't stick to petroleum jelly, so dipping your tools occasionally in Vaseline will save you a lot of grief.

a cool start to a farily ambitios project,im not overly fond of how they are still VERY spikey and id agree with electricpladin about how you should get some GS.

familiar territory for me :) the champion i am in the process of turning into a chaplain for my mentor legion, all my marines will be mk VI and HQ will be based of old RT minis :) there is a chaplain who is in a mirror image to the champion :)
it is a lot of hard work, i commend you for trying it. though like others i think there is a lot more work to be done.
maybe have your 'loyalists' as a recent renegade force, slowly turning to chaos, or at least turning to chaos through warp contct or a subtle malign influence they are unaware of. "HOLY GUANO!!!!, i have a horn coming from my head!!, nah its just me seeing things........ for the emeperor"
i'll try to invest in some green stuff.. the fluff is that these sternguard are alpha legion. the "dark angels" are disguised alpha legion operatives... except the chosen are almost as tall as a terminator
the chosen's height still disturb me... they are basically art scale marines... height wise
and here is the "dread" ... sorry still no gs
