I do like the actual shrine part, definitely needs some big wheels like the helcannon has instead of the troll creatures, which are just a bit odd. Every race gets a big kit these days, but I feel with this, and with the mortis engine, it is a small kit just lifted up really high and hopefully no one will notice

not keen on Festus, needs the apothecary robes like the art work, and a more natural skin tone too, he isn't a daemon. he would make a good nurgle herald for daemons though. valkia is ok, would have liked a more aggressive pose though, still, looks nice. skullcrushers are cool, but then they look exactly as I am sure everyone expected them to.

I really like the shrine creatures on their own, definitely want to get a third and make a unit of chaos trolls with them. the purple toad thing is a statue I assume

I think it's all Tzeenth, I know that icon looks Khorny but the rest of the model is far more Tzeenth than anything else. And if you look at that icon closely. It's kind of off for Khorne. Plus all those limbs on the troll things etc.

definitely a mark of khorne on the top there, the creatures have lots of arms and heads because they are chaos creatures, it isn't the sole domain of tzeentch for mutations. they look like warped ettins to me. only the khorne icon is god specific, the rest of the model is really detailed whilst being useable for anyone, I am impressed.

Whilst I like the new releases broadly, it doesn't seem like much to occupy a month, Iwonder if there will be more toward the end of november...

Warshrine is suffering from a pastel paint job. Give it some big, bold colours, and I think it could look cool.

Whilst I appreciate the technical skill that a pastel palette requires, I've never been a fan of the results. Except with Purples, which suit it.

Wow, I think all of those models are great. That warshrine is a hell of a lot bigger than my little conversion, just hope it comes with alternate chaos symbols... Surely at that size it should be given a stomp attack now? Nice touch of the whips on the slaaneshi cavalry, and Scylla looks like a beast.

I think it would help if his pupils had been painted looking down, rather than staring off into space. I can see it being used in a number of diorams, leaping at stuff what is up higher.

I'm pretty impressed with this wave on the whole. Really like most of the character models, and the cavalry are pretty much as expected.

Not sure about the Warshrine, would have to see it for real. To me it looked like a mix of all four gods, with the Khorne icon, a very Tzeentch looking daemon/idol holding it, the guy at the front looks quite Slaaneshi, and Nurgle... is in there somewhere. All in all I think it could be taken in any of the four directions with very little fuss. I'd love to see if the kit is going to be a dual kit, or just the one with lots of extras.

The problem is they want to do a "BIG KIT" for every army, and some of them are just going to be silly.
It's certainly more difficult than making a bigger tank with more guns for 40K.
