Hello Friends! I have been working on this wizard's tower for a LONG time... too long, in fact. I finished it today. I thought I'd celebrate by posting some pics from the project!

Seriously! How do I post pictures to this forum?! I just posted twelve pics of a project that I'm really proud of and all I see are links in my posts! How do I get actual pictures to show up (like I've seen so many of my peers do)?! Arghghghghgh!

When adding an image from a url it will say "reference this file locally", unclick that box.

Yep, and you can ad images as attachments and usethe url code from BoLS to embed them if, like me, you are too lazy to get an imagehosting service:

I took a more conventional approach to mine, added the statues from the Chapel kit and-----find the snail!!

Hmmmm... Nemesis, I must say I like your tower. I also like mine. Not that it's a competition or anything. I'm going back and forth between which I like more. I love the bright colors of your tower. I love the beautiful heraldry. I love the conversions. For my tower I love how weathered it looks... how decrepit it is. Well done, sir... well done! Below is the finished pic of the tower:

I still say very nice that man! The fact is that I was building mine for display along with my Storm of Magic scenery and I was rather taken with the fluff that the tower was once the meeting place of the Elector Counts. That's why I used the style I did. I've also painted the interior and added a few bits and bobs but mine is all glued together. That was really fun!! Not!! A shear bu***r to put together as I'm sure you know!

No competition mate, just a different angle on what is a lovely big piece of scenery. (Once you've managed to get it together anyway eh?)
