Annual rules compendium?

Has anyone heard about a return to GW releasing an annual rules compendium covering anything they've released via White Dwarf?

I'd been thinking about getting air defences and realized that there was no longer an official source for the flyer rules released in June.

For anyone that hasn't bought the relevant White Dwarf getting access to the rules is going to impact on their sales (e.g. June's flyers and the recent daemon updates).

At least the ork flyer is available via their ipad store. Small consolation that you need a several hundred dollar device just to BUY a rule, but it's there.

I hope they bring something of the sort back, Chapter Approved and Warhammer Annuals were always full of all kinds of entertaining crap.
