Good point, Looking at it I'd suggest it makes a better Luthor model with the chaosy spikes on the tabard trim.

Custom sculpts from a few years ago (http://www.astronomican.com/showthread.php?20390-Team-North-America-Primarch-Project-PIC-HEAVY/) that got entered in Demon (a group did a whole bunch of them).

There is no way that even looks close to a forgeworld primarch model.... the right shoulder pad is a dead give away (bland and thick) let alone the size of the model being tiny.
